Q: I have an affiliate niche site, and I have about 300 posts on the site and 250 of them are affiliate reviews. Is that too many affiliate reviews?

I usually recommend that people keep affiliate and informational content at about 50%.

We use buyers keywords to attract people who are doing research on what they want to purchase.

So, why is this person asking?

Google doesn't like content that is too 'advertised' or 'thin content'. This just means that the content is thin according to Google.

Here are a couple good guidelines here:

- Google likes more blog style content. And, every now and then, you review a product. 

- When I search for product information, I trust sites that have less affiliate content than a site that is overly advertising products.
