Villa conversion. Two x 3 bedroom absolutely gorgeous apartments situated in one of the best residential areas of Cala D'Or, due to its beauty and tranquillity, but still close to all the town's amenities. The first floor apartment shares a pool with the ground floor, but has exclusive use of the first floor and roof terraces, which boast excellent views out to sea and to the mountains. The roof terrace has a BBQ and is an ideal solarium. The property is very well placed, about 200 yards/metres from two beaches (Cala Gran and Cala Esmeralda) and just 5 minutes walking distance to the town centre. Perfect for living all year 'round or as a relaxing family holiday home.
