Colin Hales talks about his AGI project at the Melbourne Uni Centre for Neural Engineering. Colin Hales is researching EM fields, Ephapsis and bio-inspired computing etc. He believes it is likely that General Intelligence will be far easier to achieve in bio-inspired substrates that use or have EM fields by default (instead of trying to simulate physics or EM fields on current models of silicon based computing).
