The ENDING of our very first 2K Primer ProMaster Disaster!

This is our very first RE-DO that came back into my life @ INTEGRITY AUTO BODY LLC. At that time when the customer first called me about a bubbling issue, as earlier film shows, after actually seeing and touching the sub-strait I could actually MOVE this strange "bubbling like paint". The customer and I had concluded that this must be in the "primer" as that video shows. This 93 Ford truck is finally ready for re-paint. The reason for the delay and time in shop will be obvious if you view the very first #8441 ProMaster Disaster clip with the O'Riley's Rep. examining the truck after I had re-primed this truck, then waited about 2 months to re-do; still being unsure of what happened? 42 yrs experience and this was a NEW ONE for me...
