********** SUBSCRIBE FOR FREE TODAY*********** STRIKE IT BETTER WITH SWAY DRILL This drill is to help you strike it better by limiting the sway in the backswing. A lot of golfers sway going back then struggle to deliver the club back to the ball efficiently. It is a simple drill to do and you only need a swing stick and basket if unable to stick into the ground. Make sure the stick isn't out in front of the body when swinging so you don't catch it on the way down. Have it resting on the outside of the trail leg in the setup and the aim is not to sway into it in the backswing.
