Recipe book launched in honour of Mam' Albertina Sisulu

The #MaSiSulu100 Recipe Book is a culinary tribute to the stalwart, which was compiled by youth who graduated from the Department's flagship National Youth Chefs Training Programme (NYCTP). The recipes in the book are a twist of South Africa's favourite traditional dishes, and were inspired by Ma Sisulu's life as an activist, leader and mother of the nation. Department of Tourism spokesperson Mr Blessing Manale, and NYCTP graduate Tshegofatso Seripe join Expresso to share more on how it all came together!
