Thank you Mark for this unique piece of stabilized spalted curly wood block. My american friend Mark makes first-rate stabilized wood in his own vacuum chamber. I sent some of this stuff and also birch bark for him last year and later surpriced to get two cultered goodies back. The stabilized wood is especially good with scales in knife making but also pure gold for a scandi knife maker. It wont move after stabilization at all but retains the wood grain and makes the wood even stronger. Thanks, Osmo
