A 16-year-old girl from Samalkha in Haryana's Panipat district and her entire family are running from pillar to post to save their lives. The girl had been allegedly raped from 2014 till she was rescued in October this year, and a case was filed. She was reportedly abducted on the pretext of education and livelihood by her neighbour. Two people have so far been arrested, but no security has been provided to the victim's family. The family has fled the village, and is living in a rented accommodation in another district owing to the life threat they have allegedly been receiving from the influential accused.
