I think this should make the setup more consistent.. I always got the fall damage with the closer blackhole.

You either take the "overdrive" blackhole or you take a combo reset + normal blackhole. Only way out would be burst or a super that gets out (like Ragna carnage scissors), kinda like old blackhole setups.
