It's been just over 7 years since we first reported on this 3-tower 700+ unit project, just prior to its groundbreaking in north-suburban Skokie. The initial phases of the development sold very rapidly, fueled by an overheated market and the strengths of the project's location, amenities and strikingly sleek modern architecture. Sales largely stalled when the real estate market crashed, and the developer moved some units into a rental program. Now, only 5 developer units remain available for sale and a number of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units are available for rent.
