The distinguished and disadvantaged celebrate the inauguration of President Barack Obama together at The People's Inaugural Project from the 12th floor of the JW Marriott Hotel in Washington, DC January 20, 2009. The People's Inaugural project was made possible by The Stafford Foundation which bought up 300 rooms at the JW Marriott for the disadvantaged so they could experience the inauguration.
