Video Demonstration and recipe for Thermochef Grasshopper Cocktail. In keeping with our recent playlist of Recipes named after animals and insects here is our latest in a whole swarm of recipes. This creamy green refreshing icy mint cocktail is perfect for summer evenings and dont forget St Patricks Day where all things green are celebrated. This alcoholic cocktail packs quite a punch so please consume alcohol in moderation and responsibly. Its the only drink that gets on well with after dinner mints.

INGREDIENTS:
50 grams Creme De Menthe Liqueur
50 grams Vodka
80 grams fresh cream
10 grams ice cubes

Makes enough for 3 cocktails
METHOD:
Place all the ingredients into a Thermochef jug and blitz on speed 5 for 30 seconds, serve immediately in Martini Glasses.
