IndustrialCraft 2 mixed into Thermal Exansion blocks, it's different, but fun! I wanted to start with some AE2 this episode, but to get started there is always some (or a lot of) exploring. Good thing I have a good tools and was well prepared :)

I don't do very advanced or strange things in this episode, so I skipped the wrap up-discussion. Pretty sure there will be more to discuss after next video though!

In the TDT pack, recipes are a little mixed at times. This has two effects:
1. I can never be sure of old knowledge, so I usually check recipes even though I know how they are supposed to be. Like Electrum, was it still Gold + Silver?
2. Mods are mixed in fun and difficult ways. Energy Cells (TE) require a BatBox (IC2) and therefore a few extra crafting steps.

Now I have everything required to get started with Applied Energistics. A stable but quite weak power supply, and a lot of resources. We are ready to take a big technological step in the series :)
