Learn how you can enable video preview like YouTube on the Samsung Galaxy S5.

When view YouTube on the Computer, you can place the mouse over the progress bar to see a chapter preview of the video. This allow you to quickly scan the video and only watch an interesting part of the video. For example in an action movie, you may be only interested in the fighting scenes, so you can scan the video and play only that scene.
