Original Poem by BeyondBracelets Winter flurries, a snowmen's delight. Sweet children singing oh silent night. Dressed in their Scarves, mittens and coats, rushing home to leave santa fresh baked cookies and notes... Little hands trail down the banister come christmas morn, excited for presents as beautiful wrapping paper gets torn. On the stairs overflowing with candy and toys, hangs a lone stocking that's just a bit worn ,from age, and gifts, of years gonebye... It was my dear grandmothers, and always causes mother to cry. Memories are in that fabric, or so I've been told, treasures of the past, although now musty and old. Ornaments shattered, glued and repaired, all make up the Christmas's that we've all shared.
