Another deep talks session, guys. I haven’t done one in a while and you already know I gotta lol so for this video, I’m talking about my self love journey. It was confusing for me. I felt like I had the confidence but of course, things aren’t always as they seem. Behind closed doors we treat ourselves horribly. And, in turn, we treat others horribly as well. In my case, I internalized so much pain that I had days where I wanted to implode. That wasn’t healthy. I didn’t truly love myself as much as I did until I faced my demons. I stopped blaming other people and learned to take charge of my own life. That made a huge difference. Please let me know your self love journey! Would you like to embark on one?
