Bringing gourmet mobile grubbery to the Southend, this fully-kitchened trailer's serving up finger-friendly French/Italian tastiness prepped (with some help from her husband) by a cook who created a job for herself when the economy forced her out of her gig running high-end service delis at stores like the Kirkland Red Apple, but not the Kirkland Bad Apple, since that's just Bothell. Sando-style grub starts with several varieties of brioche'd Kobe Beef Sliders (the crisp bacon/ cheddar/ bistro sauce/ dill Classic Bacon Cheeseburger, the Mediterranean w/ pancetta, fresh mozz, balsamic roasted tomato & roasted garlic aioli), plus panini like a ranch cream cheese/ cheddar/ roasted tomato Turkey Bacon Ranch, and the Purple Caprese on a French roll w/ grilled eggplant, fresh mozzarella, roasted tomato, balsamic glaze, and a basil crush, which any sage will tell you is not even worth your thyme. Other fistable food includes 5.9in Pizzettas like the Bistro Margherita w/ fresh mozz, roasted tomato & basil, and the Alsatian Tarte Flambé w/ crisp pancetta, caramelized onion, Gruyere cheese & crème fraiche from Kendall Farms, which always seem to be stuffed to the Gill.
