How to prepare for a job interview- this is one of the most important things that you can do in your career, and most specifically for applying for a job. What I want you to do is get a friend or a family member to video tape you. I know this sounds peculiar, but we do so many things non-verbally to work against ourselves, whether it be over using words- which is a verbal, or using our hands, we can be very distracting. We can twirl our hair, we can do things that really take away from what it is that we're saying in our interview. So I really want you to see what the interviewer is gonna see by virtue of putting yourself on camera. It's the number one thing that you can do to help your performance in a job interview.
