PocShinGouki the Forsaken Fist takes the Perfect Cell challenge! Since I've been busy for a while, I decide to kick Cell's arse :P

Perfect Cell: Unless you're a total and complete newb, then you probably know that Cell comes from DragonBall Z. His MUGEN incarnation is a true beast!!! He's combo crazy, can use his supers to their max effectiveness, and has that annoying barrier move. He has only three weaknesses. He can't air recovery (not much anyways), his AI continues the combos even when the opponent blocks, and he has trouble with short character. Other than that, he's perfect :P

Stage: DMC3-Tower
BGM: Devil May Cry 3 - Virgil Battle 2
