Here are 2 Night Blades that I'm playing around with - one Veteran rank Daggers build that I have yet to find a Veteran Campaign home for.  Still finishing up the main story in cold Harbour.  And a much lower level 2 Handed NightBlade, for lower level PvP.  I've found these builds good for PvP and PvE.  Elder Scrolls Online Builds and Gameplay.
