They have the potential to be the movers and shakers of the future. Every year,the World Economic Forum appoints more than 200 exceptional people from the fields of economics,politics or the arts as Young Global Leaders. In the last part of our series,we profile three of these promising young people from the Netherlands,China and Germany. 
Mabel van Oranje feels that senior citizens should have a greater say in society. She points to parts of Africa where the tradition of village elders is still strong. The organization she heads cites Nelson Mandela,Jimmy Carter and Desmond Tutu as examples of the kind of leadership figures who could be of benefit to our globalized world.
