How To Clear A Campsite The first thing you need to do on a camp out is choose or clear a campsite. Rake http://amzn.to/2i1UOdl I cleared a campsite at "Granny Camp", at my old Alaska family homestead.  I want to develop this for fun camp outs with my grandchildren.  I used a shovel, rake, and clippers.  Clearing a campsite can be hard work.  Choose a camp site that is on high ground, level, free of rocks and debris.  I am developing my Granny Camp for fun summer camping.  I love playing outdoors, and want to teach my grandchildren to enjoy it, too!
