This fight requires a little different strategy than the others.  Genetor has some sort of electrical defense and any character who physically attacks him will recieve 20 damage. I personally let Duster damage with his regular attack because I was willing to take a chance but if you're rather low on levels, I'd advise against it. Lower his offense if you want to reduce the damage of his million volt chop but always keep your hitpoints above 150 if possible. PK Freeze also works well in this battle. After a while Genetor will charge up and release a thunder attack that does an average of 135 damage to everyone if you aren't wearing Rubber Suits but you don't really need those anyway.  After that he'll lose his electrical charge and you can damage him with regular attacks. He'll heal 100 HP every round for a few rounds so when he's powered down, try to beat him as fast as you can.
