High court has dismissed MGP's plea to to set aside the decision of Speaker of Goa Legislative Assembly dated 16th October accepting the resignations of former Congress with mala fide intention. High Court has also made MGP to pay Rs. 1 Lakh for filing the petiton. High Court didn't find anything wrong in the process of resignations of Dayanand Sopte and Subhash Shirodkar from MLA post, then joining BJP as they are ready to face election with BJP party. HC has observed that the pettition was politically motivated and further stated that such petitions waste time of court. Meanwhile, the judgement has given a sigh of relief for BJP, Subhash and Sopte.
