LOWER EASTSIDE, Manhattan - At 10:50 am. A slashing occurred on a bench at 124 East Broadway. on Tuesday. The altercation began, a witness says, on the bench because of one person's wouldn't move. The perp was described as a black male around 5’9 wearing all black, last seen fleeing east. The victim suffered a laceration to the face but injuries do not appear life-threatening. by Fabian C
