Hear author Jack El Hai (el-HIGH) talk about his latest book “The Nazi and the Psychiatrist.”  Learn about army psychiatrist Dr. Douglas Kelley who was given the task to study the minds of high ranking Nazi officials, including Hermann Göring. Dr. Kelley was responsible for deciding whether Nazi war criminals were mentally fit for trial and in the process conducted his own studies to see if there was a common psychosis that made Nazi’s commit their crimes.
