YPD making an arrest on Palisades Ave (6/3/15)

At around 4:15pm on 6/3/15 YPD responded to a call from the car wash located on Palisades Ave. Capt Lane was the first officer to arrive and a few minutes later a patrol car arrived. They exchanged a few words with a black male and he was allowed to walk away. As he was walking down on Palisades (still in view of the officers) he decided to take a piss in full view of who ever would be walking (including children) at this time Capt Lane walked down and called him and the other two officers followed and put the suspect under arrest. I must say that the officer that responded to this call were very polite.
