In this Cook With Me Valentine's Popcorn Super Easy And Festive, I take Smart POP popcorn melt white chocolate in the microwave and pour it over the popcorn. Next I put the popcorn on a parchment lined pan and drizzle the melted light pink chocolate over the popcorn. Then I add cashews, sprinkles, and Valentines peanut M&Ms over the top to make a sweet treat for Valentine’s. This would make a sweet gift idea very inexpensive and easy. Recipe: Skinny Pop Popcorn Sprinkles Cashews Peanut M&M's 2 cups white chocolate melts 2 cups pink chocolate melts Directions: Pour popcorn into bowl. Pour 2 cups white chocolate melts into a microwave safe bowl; and 2 cups pink chocolate melts into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave each bowl separately for 30 seconds on defrost and stir, repeat until chocolate is melted. Pour melted white chocolate over popcorn and mix until combined. Pour popcorn onto baking sheet covered with wax paper. Sprinkle cashews, M&M's and sprinkles over popcorn. Let sit until firm and cool. You can break popcorn into chunks when ready. Enjoy TIP: To clean glass bowls with chocolate in them use Dawn and hot water.
