Greetings! Today Molly asked if she could make French toast for breakfast. I said absolutely! I also thought it would be a good opportunity to show you another use for some of that food storage you may have in your stock. This is easy to make and you will have most of the ingredients on hand. The egg powder is from honeyville grain and is very good. I know it can be a bit pricey, but when you consider the amount of eggs in one can as opposed to the cost of eggs now, it is actually a bit more economical. Molly did a great job. I love watching my girls learn new things and get excited about cooking for themselves and our family. We hope you try this and we hope you enjoy it. As always, Happy Eating! Powdered eggs can be purchased from Honeyville Grain: www.honeyvillegrain.com The eggs come in number 10 cans you can buy one can or a case of 6. Great to have on hand for when you run out!
