­One of the projects at Brimwood Farm is to plant an acre of new woodland. Though I'll be buying a lot of trees in, I'm also keen to grow some of my own; not only to keep costs down but as a way to seed some saplings from the farm's current ancient trees. 

I like to try and reflect nature as much as possible, so here I'm popping acorns and horse chestnuts onto the soil so that, with time, they'll flourish into might trees of the future.
