Make sure to give this video a thumbs up, and please subscribe to my channel. Enjoy! CRAFTOBER SERIES - https://goo.gl/8B6Wpp 1 video every day of October β‘ WHAT YOU NEED: - Sewing Machine (that can drop the feed dogs) - Beret - Sewing Thread - Fabric chalk (I didn't have any so I used a pencil/pen) - Scissors β‘ WHAT TO DO / TIPS: (On some sewing machines you can drop the feed dogs, which feeds the fabric through it. In order to free hand embroider you need to drop the feed dogs so the fabric can move in any direction smoothly). - Draw on the slogan you want lightly onto the beret - Set up your machine as mentioned above, also with the colour thread you'd like to use. - Follow the slogan you drew by sewing slowly freehand on the beret. - It might take practise, so if you haven't embroidered before, practise on a scrap piece of fabric. - Thats it! It's simple to do, it's just a case of getting used to the technique of free hand sewing on a machine. ββββββββββββββββββ β‘ Follow me: MY BLOG: http://www.paigejoanna.co.uk/ BLOGLOVIN: https://www.bloglovin.com/blogs/paige-joanna-calvert-2559895 TWITTER: https://twitter.com/paigejoannaa FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/paigejoannablog INSTAGRAM: https://instagram.com/paigejoannaa/ PINTEREST: https://www.pinterest.com/paigejoanna/ β‘ Behind the scenes: - Cameras: Canon 600D & Canon G7 X - Edited in iMovie ββββββββββββββββββ β‘ FAQs: - Are you a full time Youtuber/Blogger?
