Sir Victor Blank begins but stating that the one thing that benefitted him in the world of business was a degree from Oxford University as there were plenty of jobs around when he graduated but not enough people to take them. He became the director of the Royal Bank of Scotland for 8 years. 
He stresses that in business you need to surround yourself with people with a common cause like yourself who have the same drive and desired ending point as you do.
