O P E N M E to see Cruelty Free and Vegan Beauty! Here's my experience with the Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Cosmetic Colour Pencils. I love these for my lips. I hate them for my eyes. I highly recommend them for the lips and face. If you do not have hooded eyes like I do, I think they would work well on the eyes. If you have hooded eyes like me, I would recommend testing them out before you buy them because I cannot get them to last on my eyes. They're super pigmented and beautiful. They wear well on my lips and that's what I love them for. They're also a good value for the price as they're $16 for .04 oz.
