Gaza kindergarten owner: 'Why were we targeted by air strike?'

(14 Nov 2018) In al-Remal, a crowded neighbourhood in downtown Gaza City, two bombs dropped by fighter jets destroyed the right half of a building housing apartments, and severely damaged a kindergarten in the building's left half. The owner of the kindergarten said she wanted to know why her business was ruined. The Israelis say they targeted military facilities. All 18 apartments in the building's right side were destroyed. Twenty-four hours of intensive Israeli airstrikes, in response to the heaviest barrage of Hamas rockets in years, have destroyed or damaged dozens of structures in Gaza.
