Teli, Bowie, Zippy and Caliman were enjoying their morning romp, fighting, running and playing, on Calle Meriño. All was good until a neighbor yelled at them for making too much nose at 7AM and ruined their fun. The road has been under construction for the Renovada Ciudad Colonial, Republica Dominicana project.
