Video Capture - March 18th, 2011 8:24 PM Evening Eastern Sky 99% Illuminated Waxing Gibbous Moon to share with others :) Moonrise 6:41 PM, although I could not capture the Moon until 8:30 PM because the Moon was not high enough in the Eastern Sky. Moorise was later yesterday yet the moon was high enough in the sky to capture around 7:23 PM. This Evening the Moon rose gracefully taking her time from a distance. I thought the Moon would rise faster in the sky with the SuperMoon approaching tomorrow. Also, it did not feel as though I could reach out and touch the Moon since it is closer to Earth now. There was an orange-yellow glow around the perimeter of the Moon. What a rare beauty worth capturing :) As the sky darkened , the Moon illuminated clear and bright. Video weather - Temperature 70, Humidity 50%, Winds 6 mph SW, Cloud Cover 0%, Clear skies Moonrise 6:34 PM EDT & Moonset 6:24 AM EDT , Sunset 7:34 PM EDT Thanks for watching :) Video filmed by YouTuber ln4359
