Former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer denied a claim by former colleague Omarosa Manigault Newman that he signed a nondisclosure agreement after leaving the White House. Manigault Newman also said the former press secretary and other former staffers get paid not to criticize the president. “I hadn’t received a penny from anyone in the Trump apparatus or connected to Trump until June 15 of this year,” responded Spicer on C-SPAN's Washington Journal.
