Local Musician Ed Clay, 62, of Pensacola passed away August 17th at his home. He was born in Charleston, West Virginia and moved here in 1984. He was a certified mechanic and a bass guitar player. He was a veteran and served in the United States Naval Reserve. Eddie was also a member of the Blues Society. Music was his passion whether playing his bass or refinishing a guitar. He played with T-Bird and the Fat Cats and that was the happiest time in his life. He had spent the last few years trying to get the band reorganized. Ed Clay was 62.
