Here's the former spot for Sound Stage 44 at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida.  In this video we take a peak through a gap in the construction fence and a quick look over the fence.  You can see they have started on the building in this video.

There are some rumors that this area could be used for a new Transformers ride, but nothing has been confirmed by Universal yet.
