My Take On "How To Become A Superager" Article

I usually don't like NY Times articles but I decided to take a look at this one (by recommendation of a friend) and I must say I was really surprised.

Maybe because it says everything I say in this channel? :)
Well... Nevermind.

Today we are going to talk about becoming Superagers and what should you do if you really want to accomplish that to your life.

"Why do some older people remain mentally nimble while others decline? "Superagers" (a term coined by the neurologist Marsel Mesulam) are those whose memory and attention isn't merely above average for their age, but is actually on par with healthy, active 25-year-olds. My colleagues and I at Massachusetts General Hospital recently studied superagers to understand what made them tick."
