CM Parrikar orders strict action against rash and negligent driving. Anybody found violating traffic rules unceasingly will be penalised and also given counseling. Parrikar mentioned that education on traffic will be a part of curriculum. 


Parrikar also warned that even police officers will be dismissed if rules are not implemented.
