Dr. Melanie Johnson, President and CEO of The Health Museum, comes back on the program to tell us about two exhibits going on at The Health Museum through January 1st. The Human Plus: Real Lives + Real Engineering exhibit and the 40 Chances: Finding Hope in a Hungry World exhibit. Also, first timer to the program Ms. Alfretta Hicks, volunteer through The Top Ladies of Distinction Inc. Houston Chapter, comes on the program to represent the Sickle Cell Association of Texas, to talk about the Walk For Sickle Cell taking place Saturday, October 21st to benefit the Marc Thomas Foundation.
