Over the last decade, leisure and adventure tourism have risen tremendously in Rwanda mainly due to introduction of different cultural and touristic experiences. Tourism remains at the top of the country's foreign exchange earners, recording over $300 million, in 2014, projected to reach over $860 million by 2017.
