Progress on the newest railfan observation platform. I show the front and back of it filmed along the Norfolk Southern CNO&TP Rathole Line in Ludlow Kentucky. Excellent view of the freight trains from this 3 story platform with an elevator. Ludlow Police Department is directly in front of the viewing platform.
