Subic Bay Tour Episode 4: Ramen Sora Sapporo Miso Shoyo Ramen Court Meridian Hotel.  Ramen Sora is a Ramen House created in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan in 2003 by Chef Tomio Takada and have branches in Japan and Las Vegas before it was franchised to the Philippines in 2015 by Gerry Apolinario of the popular Gerry's Grill and currently have branches in Subic and Cebu.

Expect the traditional Japanese Sapporo Ramen with a soup base that has been simmered nearly a day to get the full flavor from all the ingredients.  They currently have branches in Subic and Cebu.

From their menu we would highly recommend the signature Deluxe Miso and Shoyu  Ramen, served with Nori, Menma, and 3 Pork Chasyu and Gyoza.  Take note at Ramen Sora you will be tantalized as they blow torch their chasyu in preparation for a true melt in mouth experience the way it should be.
