The parents of pupils at Boikanyo Primary School in Ga-Rankuwa, a township North of Pretoria, decided to take matters into their own hands by introducing rugby to the school, instead of waiting for the government to develop the sport. 
Their initiative has won the support of the Blue Bulls Rugby Union.
