The Chief Minister seems to have learnt lessons the hard way. After several controversies revolving around his speeches, Kumaraswamy has now decided to stick to the script. While he usually makes impromptu speeches, he has now decided to play it safe by reading out speeches already prepared. 

Not just that, the speeches also go through a check to ensure there are no controversial statements.
