North Korea has reportedly test-fired two short-range missiles, a day after the United Nations Security Council condemned Monday's underground test of a nuclear bomb. The Tuesday report by South Korea's Yonhap news agency cites unnamed government sources who say the missiles were fired from an east coast launch pad. North Korea test-fired three missiles Monday shortly after setting off the underground nuclear device. VOA's Chris Simkins has more.
