This was filmed last night (Easter's eve) at the X-Plex Skatepark in Springfield, Louisiana... I think this is the third clip I've made featuring this park, it really is quite a bit of fun. Anyway, to give you context, what you're seeing here is the "session after the session." The park had been busy earlier, but I still had some skating in me, so when everyone left, the owner (my friend Shane) let me document a couple of basic tricks I've been wanting to get on tape. There's nothing really banging going on, just having a good time. The fall-down section of this clip is simply included because I think slipping around on masonite looks funny, especially when you have really hard wheels... it's like wax with ice on it. Good times. Regardless, whether Easter is some special religious time for you, or just another day off from work, I hope you have a good one. I'm going to wrestle my cats (I'm trying to train them into MMA feline warriors trained in Gracie Jujitsu) and then go skate with some homies. Hopefully you'll get to do something similar.
