- The Ofra Cosmetics Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick in Emerald City is a beautiful and unique lipstick with a duochrome finish.  The formula is a bit more liquid-y than other liquid lipsticks tend to be so you might want to apply a couple coats.  I do wish they had made the formula more thick because it is too thin to really see the unique duochromatic finish.
